Your privacy is important to Irnerius, LLC (“Irnerius,” “we,” or “us”). This document describes the information practices of Irnerius and the website it operates (the “Site”), including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. As described below, this statement applies to your interactions with the Site as well as other interactions with Irnerius, such as when you agree to the Terms of Use (“TOU”) or provide information to Irnerius.

BY USING THE SITE, OR IRNERIUS SERVICES, YOU INDICATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Please carefully read this Privacy Policy as it may have changed since your last visit to the Site. Continued use of the Site and Services indicates your understanding and acceptance of any changes made to this Privacy Policy and posted to the Site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party websites to which the Site may link. For capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy, please see the definitions provided in the TOU.

This Privacy Policy is not contractual and does not form part of your contract with Irnerius.

Information We Collect: This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by or submitted to Irnerius (or carefully selected third parties acting on our behalf), including both personally identifiable information (“PII”) and non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”). For instance, to understand how the Site is being used, we may collect information about what type of Web browser you use, and what pages of the Site you visit to understand how the Site is being used. You do not need to provide PII to simply browse the Site. You will need to provide PII to create an Account and to purchase Services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of information collected from you by or on behalf of Irnerius.

Irnerius may collect your PII when:

  • you purchase or use Services;
  • you submit questions or comments to Irnerius;
  • you request information or materials;

  • you participate in surveys or evaluations;
  • you apply for a position or submit your resume to Irnerius
  • you contact Irnerius by any means; or
  • you submit any such information to Irnerius.

The types of PII collected may include (but are not limited to):

  • your first and last name;
  • your home, billing, or other physical address (including street name, apartment number, city/town, state, and postal code);
  • your email address;
  • your telephone number;
  • any other identifier that permits Irnerius to make physical or online contact with you; and
  • your credit/debit card account information or other payment information.

The types of Non-PII collected may include (but are not limited to):

  • Internet protocol (IP) address;
  • device identifier;
  • Web browser information;
  • page view statics;
  • browsing history;
  • usage information and click tracking;
  • transaction information (including amount, date and time of transactions);
  • cookies and other tracking technologies (see below for more information); and
  • log data (including access times, hardware and software information).

How We Use Your Information: Irnerius collects and uses your information, including your PII, to operate and improve the Site and deliver the Services or carry out the transactions you have requested. These uses may include providing you with more effective customer service; making the Site or Services easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information; performing research and analysis aimed at improving our Services, and technologies; and displaying content and advertising that are customized to your interests and preferences.
We also use your information to communicate with you. We may send certain Service or Account related communications such as welcome letters, information updates, billing information, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. Additionally we may contact you to inform you of other Services available from Irnerius.

How We Share Your Information: We share information, including PII, with companies working on our behalf. Except as described in this statement, we will not disclose your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have provided consent.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, hosting websites, processing transactions, providing customer support, or performing statistical analysis of our Services. For example, we may use a communications platform to manage mailing lists, and we may use Stripe or another payment processer to facilitate payments to us. Such companies will be permitted to obtain only the PII they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may access or disclose your information, including your PII, if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Irnerius; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Irnerius (including the enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Irnerius’ customers or members of the public.
If you request something from us (for example, a callback or specific marketing materials), we will use the information you provide to fulfill your request or inquiry. To help us do this, we may share information with others. As part of a transaction, we may also contact you as part of our customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes.
Irnerius will not sell, rent, or lease your information, including your PII, to others. We may transfer some or all of your information, including PII, to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale or transfer of all or a portion of our assets. If any such transaction occurs, the purchaser will be entitled to use and disclose the information collected by us in the same manner that we are able to, and the purchaser will assume the rights and obligations regarding your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Your Choices: Irnerius provides a number of ways for you to “opt-out” of receiving additional information from us or having us provide your PII to our partners. We may offer you these choices at the time you give us your information.
If you do not wish to continue receiving certain marketing materials (e.g., e-mail messages), you can opt-out of receiving these materials by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the materials. This option does not apply to communications primarily for the purpose of administering orders, contracts, support, Service updates, or other administrative and transactional notices.

How to Update Your Information: To update your Account Information, please email in accordance with the Contact Us section below.

Safeguarding Your Information: In order to protect your information, including your PII, we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect against unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized access to, or loss of the information we maintain. However, because there is always some risk in electronic transmission or storage of information, we make no guarantees that the safeguards will always work.
We will assume that anyone who has the required login/password information for your account is you, so please keep this information confidential. If you have an Account with us and you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or password, or the security of your account has otherwise been compromised, you should notify us immediately in accordance with the Contact Us section below.
Browsers offer varying degrees of security. Even the same version of a browser can come with different levels of security. Reliable and acceptable browsers provide detailed information on security levels in “Properties” or “Document Information” from the browser’s menu bar. See your browser’s “Help” tab or documentation for more information.

Cookies and Browser Information: Irnerius uses cookies for a variety of purposes. Cookies are small data files that a website sends to a Web browser, which are stored on a site visitor’s computer or other device. Cookies store information related to a user’s browser to enable us to recognize your device on return visits to the Site and to remember your preferences. Cookies are commonly used to track Web activity and provide an enhanced experience when using the Internet. Irnerius may use cookies to collect PII and non-PII. We use cookies to help us better understand website usage in the aggregate so that we know what areas of the Site users prefer. If you simply want to browse, you do not have to accept cookies from the Site. Most browsers are defaulted to accept and maintain cookies. If you do not want websites to be able to use cookies, you can alter the configuration of your browser to not accept cookies. Unless you have adjusted your browser settings so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Site. Third party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads to you while you are using the Site based on your prior visits. You may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page. Should you decide, however, that you would like certain functionality with our Site and you have modified your browser settings not to accept cookies, you will need to re-set your browser to accept the cookies that we send it. Otherwise, you may not be able to obtain such functionality. These cookies are not tied to your Personal Information.

With or without cookies, the Site keeps track of usage data, such as the source address from which a page request originates (i.e., your IP address, domain name), date and time of the page request, the referring website (if any), and other parameters in the URL (e.g., search criteria). We use this data to better understand website usage in the aggregate so that we know what areas of our website users prefer (e.g., based on the number of visits to those areas). This information is stored in log files and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting. It is not attributed to you as an individual.

Links to Other Sites: The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or operate, including our payment processor. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party websites or any information you disclose to these third-parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

Children’s Privacy: The Site and our Services are not directed to or intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide any information about yourself to Irnerius, and do not attempt to create an Account with us.

State Specific Privacy Rights: Irnerius acknowledges that under data privacy laws in several states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia), individuals have certain rights associated with their PII and other information. Although Irnerius is not currently covered by those state data privacy laws, we assure you that we do not sell information about you.

International Privacy Rights: Irnerius is a United States company and the Site is operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, any information you provide to us (including by communicating with us, using of the Site, or receiving of the Services) will be transferred to, processed, and maintained in the United Sates. We may also transfer your information from the United States to other countries or regions in connection with the storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and providing the Services. By providing any information, including PII, directly to Irnereius, or to us on or through the Site, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing. Please be aware that the laws in the United States concerning the collection and use of PII and other information may differ from the location of your residence.

Do Not Track Notice: Irnerius may collect information about your online activity while using the Site or our Services and after you leave the Site. Many web browsers give you the option to send a “Do Not Track” signal to the websites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. At this time, the Site and the Services do not support “Do Not Track” signals and therefore we do not respond to them.

Updates to this Privacy Policy: Irnerius may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” listed at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. We encourage you to routinely review this Privacy Policy to learn about updates to our privacy practices. Your use of the Site following any such revisions constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Policy, as updated.
